Being built within the next two years in the Bruce Peninsula, Tobermory, Canada is the 5-star E’Terra Samara Eco-resort consisting of 12 suspended treehouse villas nestled in a forest which forms part of the UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve. Harmonising with nature, the structures are designed to be suspended from the trees’ trunk rather than nailed onto them. Each villa is rotated and located on their respective tree to take advantage of specific site features and light conditions whilst assuring complete privacy for the occupants. The fantastic work of Toronto-based Farrow Partnership Architects.
